About Me:
I have been working as a Counsellor for many years now and am committed to what I do. My approach to people is friendly, relaxed and direct because I dislike formality and ceremony. I believe respect and tolerance for others and freedom, together with flexibility, are enormously important and I hope this is reflected in my work.
I started Counselling as a volunteer for people with addictions and am now with RASASC (Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre), in Guildford as I believe giving back matters. In my private practice I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationships and anger. Training is always ongoing and I select what I feel will be most helpful in work with clients and will give me new knowledge and different perspectives.
